How do I choose my winter layers?
Start with a close-fitting first layer, add knitwear or fleece, then finish with outerwear. Product pages describe each design and fit. Email sac@vondcore.com for help.
How long does order processing take?
We prepare orders within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Processing is additional to shipping transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
What are the shipping prices and transit times?
Standard Shipping: FREE; 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping: US$14.90; 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing takes another 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to the United States and the international destinations supported at checkout, including Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and our supported European destinations.
How can I track my order?
Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to your order email. An initial tracking scan may take time to appear. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing sac@vondcore.com. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers ordinarily pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover appropriate costs for incorrect or defective goods. Exchanges depend on availability. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. How do I request a cancellation or address correction?
Email sac@vondcore.com promptly with your order number. Changes depend on fulfillment progress and may no longer be possible after dispatch.
